Hello my name is Diana in 2003 I had a gastric By-Pass I was weighing 450 went down to 163 now 2014 I'm up to 300 exactly I went to have a physical before I go back to work in September when school starts. My doctor said I need to lose weight I schedule an appointment with the surgeon who operated me for TUESDAY ANYONE HAS SUGGESTIOS.....THANK YOU

Do you journal your food? If not, start. Eat normally for the next week, but write down every single bite that goes in your mouth. Look at not just how many calories, but where those calories come from---how many grams come from protein, fats, and carbs. I suspect you'll find you're eating too many calories, and too many of them are coming from carbs. If this is the case, then you know what you need to do!

If that turns out to not be true, then it's time to talk with a REVISION surgeon.
