What is the recovery time for roux n y revision to the duodenal switch? Time out of work, etc?

It depends on how you heal.  Check with your surgeon as far as your medical conditions and their estimates for your recovery time.

I took 8 weeks off for my virgin DS, and was really glad for the first 6 weeks that I was very listless (cheap date to anesthesia).  I would suggest planning on at least 4 weeks, but guage your RNY healing experience as a baseline for yourself.
