EATING???
So don't add pepper when you cook. Take in whatever you can at this point - protein shakes or whatever you can into you. A few days between eating is NOT okay. Yogurt, protein shakes, sf pudding you can add flavourless protein powder to - anything will do. Soup works. Puree whatever soup you like and eat it. Eating/drinking is a must-do.

Talking to the nutritionist is one thing, but have you talked with your surgeon????? Is it painful after you eat and that's why you can't eat again for a few days? I concerned that there may be something wrong, like maybe a stricture or something. Please note I’m not trying to scare or diagnose you, but I’m just saying that there may be more to the situation and the surgeon should know you are have such a difficult time with foods. Good Luck!
