Hi all, for those looking for a plant protein based powder go to the diet direct website. They sell plant fusion plant protein powder, protein is only from plant sources. 120 cal, 4 carb, 21g protein, comes in choc, vanilla, & cookies n cream., haven't tried it yet, I don't have a problem with whey or soy protein but some on here do, just thought I'd share.

Thank you.  Do you know the sugar content or if it has artificial sweetener?

The sugar is fructose, it is with the carbs which is 4g total, they use stevia as sweetener, if you go to the site the ingredients is broken down on there.

I use plant fusion. It si the best so far plant based proteins ... I don't like the idea of fructose in it... (my gut hates it)  but same  with erythritol.

Does the label say whether it's a complete protein? Most, if not all, plant-based proteins are incomplete, but of course they may have combined sources in order to make a complete protein.

Just curious---why would anyone want a plant-based protein powder?
