4 months post op today! Question!?!

First I doubt the surgeon would say too much, other than work hard at it.

But to gauge, my wife's surgeon said at her 6 month, he wanted her half way to goal.  She was close, but not quite, so if you are half way at 4 months, you should be fine.

I have not had my surgery yet. My niece had hers 2 years this coming September and at first I thought that she had gone through all this and wasn't losing it fast enough. HA! Was I wrong, she now has lost over 150 pounds going from 274 to 120. I think you are doing awesome Kelly and you need to give yourself some credit for what you have done already!!!   

I agree with you MissMagnolia….74 pounds in 4 months is amazing.  I am glad your niece is doing awesome as well.  Good luck with your own surgery.  Let us know how everything goes.
