Hi everyone. Does anyone have some good recipes for those who have gone through the RNY surgery. Getting sort of bored with the same old foods. Thanks:)

Check out the Recipe message board too.  Some of my favorite recipes I got from there.

Eggface is good, but there are tons of recipes on Pinterest and I also like http://meltingbeforeyoureyes.blogspot.com/ and http://www.bariatriceating.com/our-story/  They all have great recipes!

Eggface, Bariatric Foodie - great ideas on both. You're welcome to join our Ontario recipe forum, the link is in my signature - lots of good stuff there too.

I have googled recipes for after gastric bypass and used a lot from eggface, bariatric foodie, Pinterest, etcetera.  I have tried Mexican casserole, zucchini pizzas, zucchini lasagna, Reuben ramekins, cauliflower"rice" casserole or stir fry, spaghetti squash casserole, Mexican chicken, egg and banana pancakes, and a couple more. The only one my family wasn't fond of was the Reubens. So far everything has been pretty good and the kids have eaten it. I find that I need to make some kind of carb for the rest of the family though because it doesn't fill them up like me :)
