South Carolina blue choice medicaid

Does blue choice medicaid require 6 months of documented visits before approval of surgery? I've heard both yes and no so I'm trying to find out from someone who has this coverage that has had surgery recently.

The best way to find out would be to call the number on your Medicaid card and ask.
