just had gastric sleeve looking for tips

Hey everyone I just had the gastric sleeve and im a single mother to a five year old rowdy boy ; ) any tips on what to eat how long will I feel weak and so on!

I sent my rowdy five year old to his grandparents for 2 weeks. I just had my surgery Monday. I knew I couldn't run after him. One of my friends who had the full bypass said it took 4 weeks until she was back to a normal feeling. 

I would post this question on the VSG forum too because you might get a lot more responses on there.  Also, do a search on this site for "VSG tips" and you'll get hundreds of posts.
