getting surgery august 13 next week

i finally got my Doctor clearance i started this procedure 4 months ago and finally have a surgery date for next week august 13, i am starting my liquid diet and so far is not that bad.

Since you're just started your journey, I encourage you to blog on your OH blog about your experience.  It will be a wonderful way to memorialize your surgical and post-op journey.  Also, take photos.  Take a photo around the day of your surgery and then monthly thereafter.  In the monthly photos, try to wear the same clothes and stand in the same area.  As an example, take a photo standing in a door way.  You'll be able to see the changes in your body as it decreases and the space around you in the door frame

My surgery is scheduled for Tuesday 8/12.  I am so looking forward to this new journey.  I start my liquids on Saturday for 3 days.  Just going to keep busy all weekend to get through it.  Good Luck to you!!!
