Vitamins - VSG

Your doctor's office my sell most of what you need.  Mine did.  Do what ever they say, and you'll be just fine. 

I'm only one month out.  I take 2 multi vitamins with breakfast, calcium bite at lunch, and another 2 hours later, then my last calcium at dinner, and a multi vitamin at bedtime.  My multi vitamins are huge but I haven't had any trouble getting them down.  I also take 5000 mg Biotin each morning.

Centrum chewable multi vitamins taste horrible, in my opinion.

Highest wt 353 (Sept. 2013); surgery wt (June 17, 2014) 336; Current Wt 250.

I dont know where you live but my surgeon ok Trader Joes chewable Vitamins. I was taking BA EA vitamins for 5 months then started the Trader Joes are working out just fine. BA $36 Trader Joes $8 and I also take calcium Vite D and K chews from Sams Club. Wayyyy cheaper.
