Can someone tell my the approx. cost for arm and tummy tuck surgery?

I live in Ontario, Canada.  I know it will not be covered by OHIP.  Has anyone had this done already?

The quote I got for both from a plastic surgeon here in PA was $7,000. Tummy tuck could be covered with certain requirements (that I don't have, like rashes).  Arms alone were $5,000.  Combining surgeries is a good idea because then you are only paying for the anesthesiologist and hospital room once.
