Has anyone used Dr. Lord in Pensacola?

I'm interested in any experiences with Dr. Lord in Pensacola FL.  I'm considering a VSG with him at the Sacred Heart Surgical Weight Loss Center and am nervous about it.  (As it seems most people are before surgery!). I'm open to any input on his abilities especially from anyone who has had a VSG performed by him.  How did it go?

I had RNY with Dr. Lord last January and couldn't be more pleased with the results.  I've had zero complications and have lost over a hundred pounds.

Something I'm specifically happy with is the after care.  Since I've had the surgery, I've had many follow up appointments that not only offer encouragement that I'm healthy and correctly applying his program but also a time for me to address questions.

They also offer regular support groups but, due to the three hour travel time, I haven't been able to attend.

I was sleeved by Dr. Lord on Dec 10, 2014 and am very pleased.  No complications at all and very small incisions.  My wife is an RN who works with many surgeons (although not with Dr. Lord)and she also thinks he did a great job.  We recommend him to anyone.
