Back on track...
Hi everyone! I've been gone for over 3 years and back to my pre-op weight. I had a lot of medical issues during my time away (thyroid, cancer, allergies) and I think my mind is ready to make the changes that will help me help my band. Any tips to keep moving forward will be greatly appreciated.
My plan is protein shakes, fruits and veggies, and MOVE, MOVE, MOVE!!

Welcome back to OH. For me, hanging out on OH - posting and reading members' posts, helps me to stay on track. I encourage you to do the same.
Why limit yourself to protein shakes? Eating lean proteins would give you the feeling of satiety more than protein drinks. Lean proteins will keep your satiety for longer.
