Eye Opening Experience.... Think this will be helpful from pre-oppers like me.

Wow that is really eye opening. i though about doing that at one point as well but in the end i decided not too because i told myself i didnt want to know LOL. But i too have a really high BMI and i have to drop it to 50 before surgery but i have a year so i know it can be done. i started using my fitness pal as well... at first i was frustrated with it because it kept telling me "error" or something like that. but then i realized that i needed to be connected to WiFi and BAM started working. lol i think i un-installed and re-installed that stupid app like 10 times or something today
