I am almost two weeks out and I feel great.  About how much were you walking at this point?  I feel like doing quite a bit, but I don't want to pay for it later.

You will feel better and stronger every day.  I was walking 10 minutes two days after surgery and increased by a few minutes everyday.  Was up to thirty minutes in less than one month and an hour a day after that.

I worked on adding 5 minutes a day until I could do an hour. Then I worked on increasing my pace a little bit each time.  I firmly believe that my slow ramp up has saved me from injury, which I was prone to in the past. Once I got about three months out I started adding run intervals - I started with 30 seconds out of every 5 minutes. Now, today in fact, I'm at the point where I'll be doing 1 minute out of every 3.5 minutes!  I still only do 60 minutes total though.

I am 2 weeks out today but still having problems with pain in my stomach after eating, have you experienced this?

No.  But today I am quite sore.  Did I do too much?
