help??? am i nuts????

OK so I'm 3 wks post op Ds. My emotions are all over. I keep crying for no reason.  Has this happened to anyone else n if so how long did it last. Any help wild be great tyvm.

Yes for sure, it happens to many people. You have gone through major surgery and are healing and your hormones are likely all over the place right now. With a little time it usually passes, but please see your doctor if it doesn't - you hang in there. xo

We store excess estrogen in fat. You are major fat burning mode right so therefore you are flooding your system with excess estrogen. So many people are very emotional the first few monts after surgery until it evens out. Also you no longer can use food for comfort and may for the first time in your life have to deal with your emotions some other way. Use your supports through this time.

This is quite common and treatable.  Be sure to tell the doc about it.
