When I was in the hospital, all I would have is water. I rejected broth and popsicles and crystal light. Now, 2 weeks post-op, I decide to have a sugar free popsicle. It is fantastic!!! But how many are too much? Everywhere I look, it is included in the "acceptable liquids". I can have as much crystal light as my heart desires, but I'm not sure about popsicles. Thoughts?

I've had as many as four a day.  Yum.  Now I have 1-2 a week, maybe.

I had surgery in one of the hottest summers... I ate a few a day. I rarely have them now... moved on to protein ice cream and since that gives me protein too.

I would watch if you are sensitive to sugar alcohols and you know moderation is pretty much key in everything even in acceptable stuff.
