Wow, great success!  Not just losing the weight but keeping it off!

Which surgery did you have?  How do you eat to maintain your weight?  Do you watch what you eat, follow a food plan or practice moderation.  I am always curious about long time maintainers and how they do it.  It is all a mystery to me since I have zero experience in maintaining.  Lots of experience losing weight and even more in gaining but staying the same?  That is the challenge.

Do you exercise regularly?

Lots of vets here attribute part of their success to participation on OH. Do you have the same view?

People welcome support from vets but it is more helpful if you put your surgery type on to your profile so it shows on your posts. Also, most of the vets who have been posting and offering support regularly on here for years give more information about themselves. I am not even sure of your gender.

Highest 290, Banded - 248   Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006.  Regain of 28lbs 2013-14.  ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
