Her original post indicated she has not lost any weight since the first month, so that is why I assume it is the week three (or four).  Three weeks of stall after 3 or 4 weeks isn't uncommon.

14 years out; 190 pounds lost, 165 pound loss maintained

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.

You are freaking out over nothing, I promise.  First of all, you lost 25 lbs. in one month - that's fantastic!  Secondly, you started an exercise routine that GUARANTEES you will retain lots and lots of excess water for the next week or so.  Did you know a gallon of water weighs over 8 lbs.?  Yup, sure does!  Within 2-3 weeks you will drop this water weight and then think it's some miraculous thing you did, when actually your body would have done it all on it's own anyway.  Again, promise!

Certainly you've read about the epic 3-week-stall on these boards.  Look at my sig line and review my numbers.  I had a huge stall after the first month but things picked back up.

And by the way, I have an under-active thyroid too but I was able to lose weight just fine using all the tools of my program.

Tracy

Thank you, I am just going to do what I have to do and wait it out.  I have been back at school getting my room ready so up and down on the ladder hanging things

helped with the workout today and yesterday.

Thanks again
