I know I have taken Midol cause of horrible period cramps the past two cycles. I take perscription meds Lamictal, klonopin, Elavil, Flexeril, Wellbutrin, Norco's, and i cant remember the others right off hand.

I know they usually saying exercising will flush the thc out of your fat cells which makes it dump to your urine so u can pee it out, what Im wondering is with me drastically losing weight I think that my body is flushing it out so its still coming out in my pee, I was a heavy user for the few mths I was smoking up till may 5th when I quit.

Since then I aint been around it and have only been taking my meds and stuff and working on doing what dhr said for me to do to get my son back. But no one believes me. I am planning on calling my pcp monday and see about getting in asap and talk to her about it and my meds and see if she will do a blood test and urine test and whatever else to check my stuff and get the info to take to dhr that I have NOT been using or lieing to them.

It sucks cause my own dang family (my sisters) dont believe me. When Im honest to God telling the truth.

A quick search brought up this article from the National Institutes of Health which seems to support your theory that it's being released from the fat you're burning as a result of the weight loss from your RNY: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2782342/  Fascinating stuff.  I don't know if there are other tests, like blood or hair tests you could request as an alternative to the urine test.

thats the thing its been over 6 wks it was around May 5th that I last smoked. I first tested May 20th my levels was 80, then I tested again July 1st they said my levels was 86 and then I tested again July 15th and they are saying my levels was 90.

it doesnt make sense. i havent used or been around it to have it still in my system and the levels should be going down not up. I honestly dont know what to think anymore, Im so confused and dont know what to do.

If they do a hair test it shows up in your body a lot longer.Up to a year sometimes.

Drink a ton of water. Try doing a detox.

Not likely affecting your results.  Especially since you smoked it and didn't eat it.

YES!!! The surgery itself, no...but your fat cells store THC in them...when you lose weight, especially quickly...it causes your THC levels to go up!!!  (I know from experience...it almost ruined my life!!)
