Hi,

If you are having issues with loading your avatar, make sure it's no larger than 100x100 pixels.  When creating your ticker make sure you check the box/s for it to appear on your profile and posts before you save.  We have a HELP section with other great suggestions and tutorials.  Don't get frustrated, just reach out to us, we are here to help.

I cant get my weight loss ticker to show up on my posts

Make sure you have both boxes checked as we said above. Go to My Oh, Health Tracker, ticker, edit and you should see where to select the boxes then save.  If you can't find it email us and we will be glad to do it for you : )
