I guess the appropriateness of some of these will depend on if you are pre-op or post-op:

Nuts - almonds, pecans, walnuts, macadamia nuts

Avocado

Raw veggies with Trader Joe's greek yogurt spinach/kale dip

Apple slices (1/4-1/2 an apple) with all natural peanut butter

Multi-grain Wasa cracker with all natural peanut butter

Old Wisconsin turkey sausage bites

Mini Babybel cheese (we call them "baby cheesus" at our house)

Sugar-free bread & butter pickles

Plain greek yogurt w/1 T. sugar free jam

Hard-boiled eggs

Oscar Mayer P3 protein packs (meat/cheese/nuts)

Egg bites or protein ice cream (recipes at theworldaccordingtoeggface.com)

Pepperoni "chips"

Sugar free popsicles

I enjoy 1/3 of a Quest protein bar (I'm pre-op so take my ideas with a grain of a salt, I'm a newbie).  The Quest Protein Bar has 21 grams of protein, 1 gram of sugar and 180 calories (high) but I only eat 1/3 of a bar at a time.  They have tons of flavors but my favorite is Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough - now doesn't THAT sound healthy?  You can buy them at GNC or Vitamin Shoppe.

I love to have a low fat cheese stick wrapped in prosciutto.  Of course, that tends to be lunch rather than a snack.
