Very Emotional
Trust me, we all go through it! I had six months of diet and nutrition visits, EKG, blood draws, barium swallow test, two sleep studies, psych eval, multiple nutritionist appointments, physical therapist appoint, endoscopy with biopsies, multiple visits with my surgeon, support group meetings, etc.
BUT, my surgery is on MONDAY!! I made it through!!
Excited and nervous. I am very prepared for this surgery, both in my research, my plan, and emotionally. Of course, it is a major surgery, so I am nervous about that and hoping recovery goes well. I have four kids, and one is only three, so the no lifting part is going to be hard, but we will figure it all out.
I can barely focus on anything else right now. :) Too excited!

We all experience the same thing while navigating the insurance hoops & hurdles. However once you're done there is such a sense of accomplishment. I'm 8 weeks post op & enjoying this new journey. Be patient & learn everything yiy possibly can while waiting. Good luck
