Anyone with IBS, ulcers or in need of iron infusions post op????

I'm 10 years post op and have been diagnosed with IBS, gotten a severe ulcer on one of the staples from my RNY and I'm so vitamin/nutrient deficient that approx. every 8 months I have to do 2 rounds of iron infusions.  I was just wondering if any other post ops have had any of these experiences.  Any and all help is certainly appreciated!  Thanks so much and have a wonderful evening!
