Medi-Cal Help - Which Provider to Choose? HealthNet, Molina, Care1st.

I am assessing my options as far as which provider and health plan to choose.  I live in Southern California and want to choose one which will give me the best (and easiest/fastest access) options for weight loss surgery.  My preference is VSG as I have family members who have had this surgery and I am most familiar with it.  If you have any experience with, or advice for HealthNet, Molina, or Care1st I'd greatly appreciate it.
