At a year post-op from a Sleeve, you should be able to take ANYTHING. Liquid, tablet, capsule---you have a fully-functional STOMACH, and should be able to handle any medication you could pre-op. The crushing thing is only while you're healing after surgery, usually 6-8 weeks.
