Since all plans are different, it's really best to ask your NUT.

I measured my pureed food with little 1-ounce medicine cups.  A tablespoon (measuring spoon) would also work.

Nope, I'm just saying what I used to measure.  I started using a scale to measure once I was finished with purees.

Ok but how much did u eat. My plan says 4 oz but for me it's a little difficult knowing what that is just by looking at it.

a scale helps so much. I have a VSG and I use a scale to measure between 2-3oz and nothing more. I try to eat less then 3 oz per meal making sure protein is eaten first. 600 calories and 60 grams of protein for me so far. But for sure consult with a nut or your doctor first. (im still in puree phase)

Do you have a measuring cup?

4 ounces is 1/2 cup or 8 tablespoons.

Honestly, I worked to see how LITTLE food I could eat and be satisfied, not how MUCH.

So,at your phase, I would not try more than 1/4 cup or 4 tablespoons (eaten with a baby spoon, that would be more like 16-24 bites of a mushy food).

Then, walk away from the food and get busy with something else.  If you want more in30 minutes, go back for the rest.

Yes I do have a measuring cup btw. I can't put a peace of fish in a cup at least I'm not gonna do that lol. I'm waiting for my scale so I can weight it. Also when u r out in public I'm sure u done have a measuring cup with u at least I don't. I'm not concern with how much I can eat I want to make sure I'm eating enough to stay healthy. I'm sure I eat way less than 4oz.

You can certainly put pureed food in a measuring cup.  If you are eating fish now, you are pureeing it, right?  You said you are on the pureed stage.

If it's pureed, it's not a 'peace' of fish, and will easily go into a measuring cup. Right now, you want to measure volume, not weight. A measuring cup measures volume, a scale would measure weight.
