Overstich after RNY Bypass Surgery

Hi there -  I am looking for insight from people who have had the overstitch done after having RNY surgery.  I had my RNY surgery in 2002; lost 140lbs, but post-op have gained 60lbs back.  Can you tell me if the overstitch worked for you?  How restrictive was the diet?  Will I need to take off a lot of work?  Do you dump?
