Revision and Prednisone

HI there, I had the bypass back in 2005 and lost about 90 pounds.  Today I July 2014 I have gained about 50 of the weight back.  To add to my problem, I have to take prednisone for the next 3 months.  Not sure if anyone has had or knows about the results of the type or revision, but I would like to hear your thoughts.  I am also wondering how the insurance companies address revisions.  Your thoughts are welcome!
