1 month after surgery

The fact that you're walking that much a day is awesome. During the period of weight loss, you may hit a plateau when you notice you are not losing pounds. Your body needs time to adjust to the chemical and biological changes that occur during weight loss. If you are eating right and exercising the weight loss will resume.
ONE OF LIFE'S MYSTERIES IS HOW A TWO-POUND BOX OF CANDY CAN MAKE A PERSON GAIN FIVE POUNDS
I understand you hit a plateau, but just 4 weeks after surgery?? That seems too soon. I was told by someone on the facebook page that there is a "week 2 slump" that the surgeon should tell you about but they don't, which is my body getting used to so fewer calories, it is fighting to retain them. That sounds more plausible than hitting a plateau so quickly. But I am happy for any input.
