1 Medium Strawberry

1/3 Medium Banana

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

4-5 Ice Cubes

1/2 Scoop Body Fortress Chocolate Protein Powder

Blend and Enjoy!

172 Calories, 2g Fat, 20g Carbs, 2g Fiber, 13g Sugar, 20g Protein

I sip on this all morning, on my way to work, and throughout my work morning. I don't have my lunch break till 2pm, so it keeps me going. Plus, it tastes great!

A word of caution about fat-free milk---it has more lactose (milk sugar) than whole milk does. Anyone who has any lactose intolerance could use half-n-half instead.
