Ok I know I shouldn't complain. This is my first real plateau. But, I'm 155.  My goal is 147. I'm so close I can taste it but the scale just won't move :-( any suggestions on how to get the scale moving again?

Thanks, Kerri

When did you have weight loss surgery (if you did)?

How much did you lose so far?  Before surgery?  After surgery?

What are you eating?  What are you doing for exercise?

I had lapband 7 yrs ago. Got to 165 from 247. Went through divorce and regain to 213 :-( been losing steadily since March 5th of this yr. Now I'm 155.2. Been at this weight for 3 weeks ugh. I walk...probably could move more. High protein low carb diet.

You have done fantastic!!  Are those last eight pounds that important?  If so I would advise a goal of a pound a week.  That means decreasing calories by 500 a day.  Track everything you are eating and figure out where you can get rid of those calories.  That way you will have a goal that you will be able to meet without a lot of pressure on yourself.

Tracking calories now will give you a baseline to stay in maintenance.
