Is it normal to still get hungry after RNY?  I had my surgery on May 30th, I still use measurements of food Dr. Prescribed.   Feeling worried.

It is probably head hunger, not actual hunger. I think it is pretty common. I have had hunger since day one. I still managed to get to goal and stay here. Try to relax and keep doing what you are supposed to do. Try to keep busy. I think most of us are used to eating out of boredom. We have to find other things to do to occupy our time. Our lives can no longer revolve around food if we want to be successful long-term.

Yes, this is normal, they changed our bodies not our brains. It is natural for you to "feel" hungry and not "be" hungry. You're only a month out and cant eat hardly anything anyway, no worries!! This is magic time!! Good luck in your journey!!
