Yea it's just so hard cos I only see myself getting bigger and bigger. I already have higher cholesterol, was told I'm pre diabetic, have acid reflux because I overeat, joint pain, big buldgy varicose veins in my right leg, sometimes I get these panic attacks that come out of nowhere and I literally feel like I'm dying.. My head is spinning, cold sweats, heart racing, feel dizzy, and the most awful stomach pain that I makes me not able to sit still and I just roll around on the floor in a fetal position. It's awful.

The biggest issue I would see is that most require, 3+ yrs of being morbidly obese to qualify for insurance.  I think mine was 3 yrs, others have said 5.

And they mean it, I had not gone to the doctor in 2011 for any reason, so I had no official weight during 2011.  It did not matter that I could show I was over a 50 before 2011 and in 2012 and beyond.  I actually had to find pictures with date stamps that "showed" I had been morbidly obese during 2011.

So you probably want to find that out before gaining, because if you gained and they want multiple years, then you have added 20 lbs for nothing.

Also, this is an extreme option, I would give lots of consideration to making this choice.  Yes, it helps, but I personally would not have done it if I were that close to a 30 BMI.  As it is, I was over 60 and needed to lose over half my body weight to get just to 30.
