Losing the last 20 lbs
Please don't get sucked in by any of those gimmicky diet aids or supplements. Most of them aren't very healthy for you and have side effects.
You've done great losing the weight you have so far! The last 20 lbs. are painfully slow for most people but you'll also reap some of the biggest benefits from it. Make sure you are logging all your food, getting in all your protein and water, keeping your carbs low and exercising. If you're doing all that then you'll get there - promise!
