Hand me downs

I was just thinking how great it would be to have a local support group where you could pass down your clothes. People are in different stages, and are rapidly loosing weight. I know I would be super happy to give, and get some.:) I feel like I flew through all my clothes. Luckily I was a clothes hoarder , and had clothes from when I was a little thinner. 3 months down the road I have basically run out of clothes, and having to buy new clothes.  Its getting pretty pricey. Does anyone know if anything like this exists?

My local group did clothing swaps a few times a year.

I mostly gave my gently used, clean hand-me-downs there or Goodwill.

I purchased new from discount shops since iwas losing about a size every 4-6 weeks for the first year.

Trying to do this on lines less successful because clothes are heavy and shipping negates the benefit of getting 'free' clothes, especially since you can't try before you get.

Goodwill or Salvation Army should be your new best friends;  consignment shops might take your used clothes.  I just passed mine along to Goodwill or Sally.

I am donating my clothes to a women's shelter, you can also write it off on your taxes.
