What can u eat 20 days post op vertical sleeve??
What does your surgeon's plan say you can have? Did they give you a book or information pre-op? Your stomach is still healing and you need to follow your surgeon's direction. When you are ready to advance, the World according to Eggface website has a lot of suggestions for recipies. The VGS forum has a "what are you eating today" type of thread that can give you ideas also.
Surgeons give different post-op plans. You should follow the instructions of your own doctor, whatever other doctors may say.

You may want to post this question on the VSG-surgery-specific forum - you may get more responses. However, most people will refer you to your surgeon's plan. If you are moving on to the mushy phase then eggs or tuna would be out unless you puree the heck out of them. Things like cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, pureed soups would work.
As for boiled eggs - it was a long time before I could handle a boiled egg as it was just too dense. Tuna was hard too at first. My tummy did NOT approve! But it had no problem with scrambled eggs.
