My Fitness Pal is super easy to use for exactly that reason.  It has a built in feature where you can just enter the food you are adding to your food diary and it will give you all the nutritional information of that food including protein.  Just click on FOOD then click on FOOD DIARY then click on ADD FOOD.  I typed in Chicken Tenderloin and a list of choices came up to choose from.  It is very easy and I have yet to enter a food that wasn't in their data base.  Good luck!
