Thanks Everyone!

It was pretty liquidy, but you're right...upon looking back, my paperwork does say a quarter cup. Oops. Hope I didnt mess things up. 

P.S.- Surgery was gastric bypass

It also will depend on how thin it is. Is it a watery cup?

At 10 days out you won't feel anything - full or overfull. At 10 days out I was on 3 tablespoons per meal. I couldn't do 8 ounces of anything for months. It's too much. What did your surgeon say

for portions? Your new pouch isn't even 8 ounces. You won't feel anything till it heals where they cut you . That's 6-8 weeks out. follow your surgeon's advice and only eat the portions you are suppose to.

For the first month I was on 3 tablespoons, working up to 1/4 cup by 3 months out. You don't want to stretch your pouch out now. Cut back to Tablespoons per meal not ounces.
