Insurance Question

I have a $300 personal deductible which is already met after the surgical consult and a portion of the endoscopy.

Now my insurance covers 90% until I reach my out of pocket maximum for the year of $2500.

So...no matter how the bills break down and how much I pay to whom, in the end it will cost me $2500.
