Help!!! Need variety in meal planning!! :(
I had the Gastric Sleeve on May 29, 2014....I've lost 40+ pounds!! I'm really excited about this journey. I recently started eating solid foods....however, I'm not hungry. When I finally think about eating, it's late at night and I'm so use to only eating soft foods and drinking liquids. Any suggestions on a healthy meal plan with a variety of healthy, protein filled foods? Thanks!!!
You could check out the daily "What are you eating today?" threads on the VSG board - it will give you some ideas of what others are eating. I'm trying to pre-plan my meals a day or so ahead so I make sure I get my protein in. I usually have a protein shake in the evening too, just to be sure my protein numbers are up there.

I find that Paleo blogs are a GREAT source of sleeve-friendly foods.
I post my weekly meal plans on my blog - http://www.mangeratrois.net/index.php/weekly-meal-plans
