Help! I'm frustrated . . . need advice.
You will have lots of stalls along the way, most people do. The important thing is to focus on the big picture and be able to see that - overall - the weight is going down over time. Day-to-day and week-to-week fluctuations are normal. If you focus on them you will make yourself crazy.
42 lbs. in 7 week is crazy good loss! Your body is probably going through a lull right now, trying to catch up. When you have stalls like this make sure to measure yourself because you're usually dropping inches rather than pounds. I would MUCH rather lose inches than pounds :-)
