Told to stop B12?

The ranges used for B12 by most labs are not the levels needed for good health.  They usually list something like 200-900, but research shows people often get tired and depressed if their B12 is lower than 500 and you can get nerve damage in your hands and feet if it drops below 400.  1000 or 1200 is a great level for B12.
