I have been watching the extreme weight loss for the last few days and I am considering on buy the chris powell book and his 2 dvds. Just to loss as much of this weight as I possibly can and then get the skin removal surgery.

I have not been on a scale in about 3 weeks or so and at that time I weighed 350 and I'm,25 years old and 5' 5".

I want to remove as much weight as I possibly can.

Plus I have not seen a actual doctor in over 1 whole year. So I also think I'm going to start with a doctor on my weight loss and go from there.

Any tips or advice please.

Congratulations on taking control of your life and your weight loss journey.    We suggest you research all your options for WLS and OH is the right place for that.  Once you have reviewed your options surgery wise and decided on one then your next step is to find a surgeon.  We can help you with that.      Here are some links that will be helpful in your research.

If you have not done so, contact your insurance company and verify if they cover WLS and if so what procedures.
