PMS Cramp remedy which is not an NSAID

Before surgery, I always did Ibuprofen and I was worried that Tylenol wouldn't cut it when it came to cramps, but so far I've been successful.  If acetaminophen doesn't do it, you might have to talk to your doc about a prescription non-NSAID.

I have taken a herbal remedy before called Crampbark.  It really helped.  But I have not had WLS so I can't say if it's safe to take after WLS.  Perhaps check in at your local health store to see if it is contraindicated.

Calcium and magnesium combination 

Exercise

I have some pretty extreme cramping, so my doctor prescribed tramadol (pain killer) and flexeril (muscle relaxer).
