Arms are sore

VSG on 06/17/14

6 days post-op & my arms are super sore! I'm having to use my arms more than ever to help me roll over in bed & to push myself up from lying down. Bruises from the hospital (IV, injection site & blood drawing site) don't help either.

Highest wt 353 (Sept. 2013); surgery wt (June 17, 2014) 336; Current Wt 250.

Awww Musicteech I am sorry to hear. Arnica gel might help, it's good for bruises. I hope you feel better soon. xx

mine were the same, give it time. I remember my arms hurting more than anything.
