Exercise is great, but it won't keep anyone from regaining. The only way to avoid regain is to control your eating.

6'3" tall, male.

Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.

Exercise is great for your general wellbeing.....and if you exercise consistently you MAY be able to consume a few extra calories......However....its what you eat that keeps you from re-gain.......IMO
