adderal after surgery?

I currently am proscribed 10 mg twice a day of adderal for ADD. has anyone takin that after surgery I mean I dont take it everyday only when I need to like driving or college or such so not taking in right after isnt an issue for me but has anyone else has RNY and did you take it after or how long after or should I start working on finding something else? 

If you have been prescribed Adderal for ADD and it helps you to function you should ask your doctor how long after surgery you can take it...but there is no reason not to take it...most of us take some sort of medication ...weight loss surgery should not affect that at all... I took my meds right after surgery...because I needed them. A capsule won't hurt and also you can get your medication in liquid form too...so look into it..but you should be fine..
