2922 days!!
Today marks 8 years since I gave myself the best gift... weight loss surgery. Couldn't let this day go by without a shout out to ObesityHelp and all the pals I made here through the years... so many are still a part of my every day. For those beginning this life changing experience... I wish you well! I hope you will feel the same way about your decision to have the helping hand of weight loss surgery.
Unsolicited advice ;)... Remember weight loss surgery is a DO BETTER, Not a DO OVER.
Do-over - repeat same mistakes=get a similar outcome. Do-better - make lifestyle changes you can continue forever, because there is no finish line, WLS is battle 1 in a lifetime war vs. obesity.

P.S. Work on the head "stuff"... it's the MOST IMPORTANT part of this IMHO.
You are such a great benefit to the weight loss surgery community. Thank you!

A HUGE congratulations to you. Egg bites are a must-have staple in my diet! lol As someone who also passed the 8 year mark not too long ago, it is a thrill to see someone (you) continue to pay it forward. Kudos!
