Pannilectomy
You don't look great, you look freaking ADORABLE!
Sleeved 6/12/13 - 100 pounds lost to get to goal!
You certainly do! I'm 5'10" and about 190, and if it wasn't for the excess skin, I'd be skinny as a rail. No one has the right to tell another person what their goal should be, with regard to weight or anything else in life.
I am speechless.
I find it highly inappropriate and insensitive for you to assume what's an appropriate weight for the OP.

I had a panni removal about a year after my first WLS. The only thing that bothered me was how low my belly button was. My surgeon must had made it very tight because even when I regained 100 lbs it stayed flat.
Unfortunately, the area above the belly button did not stay flat. Not only did I deal with being morbidly obese again but my body looked even work with all the fat above my belly button and flat below it.
I am happy to say that after losing the excess weight, and keeping it off for about 3 years, my belly is still flat. Looks great in clothes. I had my revision open and then 2 hernia surgeries so I have a big honking scar down the middle of my stomach, which puckers and doesn't look too hot but I can live with it.
Even if I had the money I don't think I would go for a tummy tuck at this point. There are far worse areas on my body that could use some renovating.
